A Dance Workshop in the style of
Matachines/Aztec
Our first workshop in the Matachines/Aztec style of Ballet Folklorico accomplished! Jazsmine led the way in teaching the steps and routine of an ancient dance practice meant to honor the Virgen of Guadalupe. Sharing the joy for dance in this genre, one of our guests taught us one of her dances! Added bonus: An art kit to take home!
